About the Entry Level Engineer position

ControlPoint is looking for a civil engineer that is ready to launch their career in the Power & Energy Industry as Entry Level Engineer. The position will include project engineering and technical review of projects for electric utility transmission and distribution systems with voltage levels from 5 kV to 345 kV.

ControlPoint Technologies is a mid-sized, project engineering and consulting firm supporting electric utilities by providing innovative solutions, complex project designs, field support, system analysis, and project management.

You will be surrounded by industry experts and consultants from the Power & Energy Industry, assisting clients with the challenges of grid modernization, renewable energy integration, and system asset implementation/replacement. As an entry level engineer, you will be placed into a comprehensive "on the job" training program and quickly launch your engineering career.

Engineer requirements are:

  • Bachelor or Master's of Science Degree from ABET accredited program/university in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Ability to travel to office and field locations as needed.
